Managers may not have a lot of experience in investigations and disciplinary hearings and grievances and this can mean that don’t have the knowledge and confidence to effectively handle these processes.
This course is designed to ensure that managers feel competent and confident in the law, the process and the approach required to deliver legally compliant discipline and grievance handling. No previous experience is required.
