Step 1 - Complete an application form
As soon as you have decided on your choice of apprenticeship you can apply through our ‘Apply Now’ section of the website. The video above ‘How to Apply Guide’ walks you through how to complete the application for your chosen apprenticeship course.

Please don't worry if you are still a little unsure about your apprenticeship choice. The apprenticeship details you put on your application are just a starting point and we are aware you may want to discuss the apprenticeship programme in more depth before starting.
If you have not yet secured employment to support the apprenticeship, you are still welcome to apply whilst you continue your search.
Step 2 - Acknowledgement of application
When you submit your application, you will be sent an automatic notification confirming it has been received. If you do not receive this notification after you’ve submitted, please contact the Admissions Team on 01904 770397 to check it has made its way through to us.
Step 3 - Offer
Once we have your application, it will be considered by the team with the aim to be able to provide you with a conditional offer to begin your studies with York college.
