What you'll cover
Pilates is a low impact, mind-body exercise designed to work the whole body.
Practised regularly, it will help to improve posture, stretch and strengthen the muscles that support the spine, reduce joint pain, relieve stress and tension.
These sessions are suitable for people new to pilates who want to relieve aches and pains.
Facilities
Students have access to a fantastic range of College-wide facilities such as the Learning & Research Centre, study hubs, computer areas with accompanying multi-function printers and helpdesk advice.
This workshop will take place in a studio space.
