Course Overview
This course is suitable for leaders, supervisors and employees wanting to optimise their mental health and wellbeing.
Good mental health is essential for a fulfilling and balanced life. It shapes how we think, feel, and act, influencing how we handle stress, relate to others, and the choices we make. Mental wellbeing is not just the absence of illness - it's the foundation of our ability to thrive, connect, and experience the world with resilience and purpose.
An estimated 17 million working days are lost each year in the UK due to work-related stress, anxiety and depression (HSE, 2022), costing employers up to £56 billion in 20/21 (Deloitte, 2022). Recent figures show that 76% of UK professionals report moderate-to-high or high levels of stress, and 61% struggle to be productive due to tiredness (The Workplace Health Report, 2023).
This course is a whole-body approach to avoiding burnout and common mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. It aims to educate and empower individuals to make significant shifts in their mood, energy, sleep, joy, focus, mindset and stress using simple nutrition and lifestyle interventions.
