TQUK Level 2 Certificate in a Fair and Diverse Society
This qualification aims to develop your knowledge and understanding relevant to the changes in society surrounding equality and diversity. The course content covers key legislation, such as the Equality Act 2010 and the Equal Pay Act 1970 as well as positive equality events and movements such as gay pride.
You will develop a thorough understanding in equality and diversity, including the importance of promoting it in everyday life and why and how we can do so. The course also introduces British Values and Democracy in relation to everyday life in the UK.

Entry requirements
There are no specific entry requirements, however, learners should have a minimum of Level 1 in literacy and numeracy or equivalent.

*Most students over the age of 19 will be able to study these courses for free, however, please contact us if you’re aged 19-23 and do not yet have a full Level 2 qualification (five GCSEs grade 9-4/A*-C, NVQ Level 2 or higher) as additional eligibility criteria may apply.
