Distance Learning

Distance learning is a way of studying remotely, online, without attending lessons in a classroom or having face-to-face contact with a tutor. This means you can learn at work, on the go or in your own home, at a time that suits you, with the freedom to revisit areas of the course as little or as much as you like. We offer a wide range of fully funded* (free) distance learning courses, making it easier than ever to upskill in an area of your choice.

As part of your distance learning programme, you will be provided with the support required to ensure your learning is successful. You will be assigned a Distance Learning Assessor who will review your assessments and feedback to you on an ongoing basis. In addition, we have an Distance Learning Coordinator who can give support in your learning journey. You will also have access to high-quality learning materials that offer all of the information required to be successful in achieving the qualification.

*Most students over the age of 19 will be able to study these courses for free, however, please contact us if you’re aged 19-23 and do not yet have a full Level 2 qualification (five GCSEs grade 9-4/A*-C, NVQ Level 2 or higher) as additional eligibility criteria may apply.
