A hands-on course that will start with basic joints.
You will then be taught how to mitre/scribe internal and external corners when fitting skirting board. Following on from this, the same will apply to architrave.
It will then be over to you to have a go cutting and fitting/fixing skirting and architrave.

Who is this course aimed at?
This course is aimed at anyone who likes the idea of learning some new practical skills, or who is thinking about a possible career change and wants more of an insight into carpentry and joinery before embarking on a course.
Facilities
This course will take place in the carpentry and joinery workshop in our state of the art Construction Centre.
The Centre’s impressive facilities include two large workshop spaces, changing facilities, classroom and IT suites.
