Each Year we host five Open Events and two Year 11 Taster Days. These events provide a great chance to visit the College and find out about all options available after Year 11.
We're holding our Taster Days for Year 11 students on Tuesday 13th January and Thursday 15th January 2026. Students choose one of the dates to attend.
These days are an opportunity for students in Year 11 to come and experience a day at York College and try some of the exciting subjects that we offer.

Please note that places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis with bookings closing on Sunday 23rd November 2025. We are unable to take bookings after this date
