After this course you could undertake any of the other York College Cookery School classes for your enjoyment.

If you were interested in gaining a formal qualification in catering, our tutors would be able to advise on suitable routes that are available on a full or part time basis.

Study methods

Lessons will start with an introduction and demonstration of chocolate making, using the finest ingredients. Students will make their own chocolates and gift wrap them in a box and take them home to enjoy.

Here at York College we have state-of-the-art training kitchens and a superb training restaurant, The Cookery.
