Perfect for those who’ve already grasped the fundamentals, you'll explore tarts, mousses, choux, and more.

No prior experience is needed to join this class, so if you want to develop your skills, our chefs are here to help with tips and guidance on how to whip up a range of desserts.

All items produced can be taken home for you to enjoy or share.

After this course you could undertake any of the other York College Cookery School classes for your enjoyment.

If you were interested in gaining a formal qualification in catering, our tutors would be able to advise on suitable routes that are available on a full or part time basis.
