Accessing Results
Please come into College between 8am-10am and collect your Statement of Results, tutors will be able to provide advice and guidance and we would love to celebrate your achievements with you in person.
Don’t worry if you are unable to come into College a Statement of Results will be emailed to your York College email account as well as your results being available in the Student App.
If you need further advice and guidance and are unable to come into College; please contact us online by clicking here and use the ‘We Are Here’ chat button normally located at the bottom right of the screen.
Post Results Service
If you think there has been a mistake with your result and wish to query this, you must complete the Post Results Service & Candidate Consent Form, this can be accessed either by using the form on the Student Portal – Exams Handbook or there are paper forms outside the Exams office. There is a fee to pay for these services, more details will be published on the Exams Handbook as soon as they are released fully.
There are strict deadlines so please complete the forms and make the payment via the online shop as soon as possible after results day.
All requests will be submitted and responses sent to you as soon as the Awarding Organisations have made an assessment of your request.
Certificates
You will be able to collect your certificate once they have been received from the awarding bodies. If you wish for them to be posted out to you, you can pay for this service via the Online Shop. Please confirm with Student Data/Exams your correct postal address.
