During National Apprenticeship Week, we’re hosting an Apprenticeship Recruitment Fair. This free event will take place during our February Open Event, it is open to anyone who is looking to take their next steps with local businesses in and around the city as an apprentice.
Apprenticeships are not just for school leavers, anyone who is looking to further their career at any age can enhance their qualifications and can study an apprenticeship to retrain or upskill.
We work with a variety of local businesses, from sole traders to large national and even international organisations. We have apprenticeships in Construction, Engineering, Business, Hospitality, Science and Hair & Beauty. These range from Level 2 (GCSE equivalent) through to Level 4 (Foundation Degree equivalent). For those visiting the Apprenticeship Recruitment Fair, you will be able to engage with a wide-range of businesses who will discuss what it is like to be an apprentice with them, find out more about the vacancies they have available and understand your future career prospects.
