Who is this course aimed at?
This is for anyone interested in gluten free cookery. Even if you’re able to eat gluten safely (which most people are), this course can introduce you to some new kitchen skills and help you be more adventurous with different grains. Sweet and savoury options are available to cover a variety of gluten free tastes.
An introduction to gluten free cookery, from everyday cookery including bread, pastry and treats to gluten free Italian to gluten free Christmas.

Dates and Times
20th January 2021 - 14thApril 2021, Wednesday evening.
This course is a part-time class where students will develop their gluten free cookery. The class is suitable for complete beginners or for those that want to brush up or explore gluten free cookery techniques.
Students will learn to prepare and cook (a range of):
- Gluten free bread and pizzas
- Gluten free noodles and gnocchi
- Gluten free vegan dishes
- Gluten free eclairs and profiteroles
- Gluten free Christmas baking
This is a practical hand-on course. Students will learn in a fun and relaxing atmosphere in a well-equipped commercial kitchen. Class sizes also ensure one-to-one attention. In each class students will learn all the tricks of the trade, get to practice the techniques shown and go home with new-found skills.
No assessment involved but you will receive on going feedback from your chef tutor.
All equipment required for the classes will be provided. Ingredients for the course can be provided at basic cost or brought in yourself. We try to be as environmentally friendly as possible. With this in mind, it is helpful if you can bring a few reusable containers with you to take home some of the food you cook.
