Who is it for and what is the Aim?

This session explores the dynamics within teams and sub groups and the impact that these dynamics can have on performance and productivity. The session allows individuals to review and assess their own awareness and self-perception and link this to managing teams effectively.  The course is ideal for managers who are new to their responsibilities and accountabilities.

Course Aims and Objectives

To give managers an opportunity to consider the theories around team dynamics and team building and recognise how these transfer into the work environment.

How will Delegates Learn?

This session will be delivered remotely using an upgraded version of Zoom. Polestar Training will generate an event and details of the event code will be forwarded to each attendee in advance. On the day of the course attendees will use the event code to “join” the session at 9.30am.

Although the participants will be logging into the course from remote locations the session will be similar to an “in class” event in that there will be:

The day will comprise of “in contact” phases where all participants will be in screen and audio contact with the trainer. There will also be “screen breaks” where individuals will work individually and in groups on course related tasks before returning to being “in contact”.
