Every organisation needs to change if it is to continue to thrive and prosper. Organisations are increasingly investing in change programmes that must succeed, and this success will largely depend upon the quality of the leadership that it has.

Programme Assessment

Continual checking of knowledge and understanding through group discussions and question, plus several exercises to ensure that the delegate is meeting all of the learning objectives.
