The aim of this programme is to fully understand the impact that intrapreneurship can have on an organisations performance how to create and foster a culture of intrapreneurship.


By the end of this 1 day programme participants will:

  • Understand what intrapreneurship is,
  • Appreciate the skills and qualities of an intrapreneur,
  • Understand why building an intrapreneurial culture is so important for an organisations success ,
  • Appreciate how to develop a culture where intrapreneurship can flourish, and
  • Have committed themselves to actions to take on their return to the workplace.


An introduction to the aim and objectives of the programme, followed by individual introductions and a discussion on the group’s objectives for the workshop.
