The aim of this programme is to fully understand the impact that intrapreneurship can have on an organisation's performance and how to create and foster a culture of intrapreneurship.

Day 1

Introductions

  • An introduction to the aim and objectives of the programme, followed by individual introductions and a discussion on the group’s objectives for the workshop

This programme can be endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management for an additional cost by including:

  • Three assessments to complete in order to achieve the endorsed certification from ILM
  • Membership of ILM giving access to materials and research via the ILM website
