Overview
This course is for adult learners who hope to work in early years/educational settings, supporting children and young people to learn and progress, both developmentally and academically.
There will be chance to take part in a range of activities to explain and demonstrate the role the practitioner/teaching assistant can have in supporting children to learn and progress. You will look at activities to enhance fine motor skills e.g. the use of play dough and funky finger activities, introduction to phonics, learning to read and maths interventions.
