Spring Adult Showcase - Printmaking

This course is aimed at anyone who wants to get creative and learn more about different printmaking techniques. Using Tetra Pak cartons, you will explore some printmaking techniques using the recyclable packaging as a plate. The theme or subject will be up to you.

The printmaking facilities at York College are excellent, with everything needed to produce some exciting prints or cards.

At York College our students have access to a fantastic range of College-wide facilities such as the Learning & Research Centre, study hubs, computer areas with accompanying multi-function printers and helpdesk advice.

This course offers a fun opportunity to de-stress and learn more about printmaking techniques and skills.

You will develop the rudimentary knowledge and skills required to produce your own prints or cards, developing your artistic abilities and imagination.

Completion of this course will enable students to progress on to various other art and design courses available at York College such as Art School: Printmaking and Access to HE (Art & Design).
