Students on this programme will learn how to produce pasta dough from scratch under the supervision of our Head Chef and pasta-maestro, Gio Achenza. Students will then learn to shape their pasta into simple and well as more complex shapes including filled pasta such as ravioli.

Students will then cook and serve their handmade pasta before enjoying this for lunch in Ashfields restaurant.

This course is aimed at those who want to improve their skills in the kitchen and learn how to make delicious pasta from scratch. Have fun and taste some delicious dishes!
