York College provides information on journey times in good faith, however, in the event of a breakdown, traffic congestion or any other incidents beyond the reasonable control of the college or coach companies operating the routes, departure times may be affected and journeys may take longer than predicted; in these circumstances the college will not be liable for any delays.
From September 2018 all coach users will be required to register to access the college network. A coach user card will be issued at the cost of £5.00 per academic year and must be presented to the driver along with a valid open return ticket (there is no expiry date on our return tickets), once issued Coach User Cards are non-refundable.
