Free services to young people who live in York

Local Area Teams (LAT) are a key part of York’s early help response to working with children, young people and families from pregnancy through to adulthood (0-19yrs (25yrs for disability)).

At 30 Clarence Street we can provide a range of services to young people.

• Drop in sessions run every week on a Monday and Tuesday 12.30-4.30pm and Fridays 11am-3pm.
• At these sessions we can provide information and signpost to services that may help a young person and their family.
• There will also be a Learning and Work Advisor available to speak to. Young people can also make an appointment to meet a Learning and Work Adviser in advance.
• Counselling services for young people also run from 30 Clarence Street Monday to Friday, this is free open to all 16-25 year olds who live in York.
