Over the last 3 years the York College employer satisfaction survey has been carried out in conjunction with the ESFA survey to alleviate the burden for employers to complete more than one survey. The ESFA survey is distributed in March/April each year and additional follow up for the York College survey takes place in July/August.

Satisfaction levels have dramatically increased across all questions.
The quality of our training has increased from 74% to 92%, an 18% increase from last year.
The way in which the college assessors kept employers informed has increased by 8% from 78% to 86%.
94% of employers feel the professionalism and effectiveness of the college staff they dealt with was excellent or good compared to 76% last year.
The flexibility of the way assessments are offered in the workplace has increased by 18% (74% to 92%).
96% of employers would use YC for training again and recommend to another company.
