I am experienced in developing, designing and delivering training programmes for all user levels and creating supporting materials for rollouts of Office 365 and SharePoint. I am currently examining how virtual delivery via MS Teams can be used to educate users and add value. My current training activity involves using Power BI and the Power Platform to present business critical information.”
