Programme Description

Effective leadership differentiates successful individuals and organisations more than possibly any other characteristic; and it’s a characteristic that can be trained and developed.

Based on tried, tested and practical tools and techniques, this programme has been designed to give delegates the opportunity to improve their leadership skills and capabilities through exercises and discussions in a safe but challenging environment.
