Course Overview

This course is designed as progression from the Level 1 Certificate/Diploma in Plastering. It is the ideal next step for anyone who may want to work as a plasterer in the construction sector, or looking to increase their practical and theoretical skills as a hobby or for experience.

It allows candidates to learn, develop and practise the skills required for employment and/or career progression in plastering. It covers a number of skills which include; health & safety, construction principles, synoptic practical assessments and the theory/underpinning knowledge behind the skills.

Exams and Assessments

Practical and theory work will be assessed in-line with awarding body requirements, this may include externally marked exams, internal theory exams and practical synoptic tests.

How you can Progress

On successful completion of this course students can progress onto employment in the industry, with the option to complete an NVQ only qualification.
