and lymph flow, reduces
muscle tension, improves
flexibility and relieves
pain. Sports Massage
can also include
pre-event, post-event
and maintenance techniques
that maximises function
and decreases the
chances of injury.
What to expect
Your first session
will consist of a
consultation that
will last for one
hour and will be

A qualified physiotherapist
will then diagnose
the problem and will

to plan an appropriate
treatment. Follow
up sessions will
last for 30 minutes.

clothing will allow
the therapist to
effectively assess
the affected area
