The distance learning unit specialises in provision for the health and social care sector. We cover a comprehensive range of courses:

• dementia awareness
• equality and diversity
• healthy eating
• infection control
• palliative care
• safe handling of medicines.

The provision can now be studied in a number of different ways. The tutor led programme provides an introduction to the subject and can be delivered in the workplace or any location of your choice. Alternatively, you can achieve a Level 2 or 3 certificate by studying at home or at work using specially prepared materials.
