Entry Requirements
No entry requirements. The sessions are aimed at individuals aiming to sit the ACCA F2 paper. Some understanding of the accounting principles and practices from Financial Accounting and a basic competence in numeracy are assumed.
Programme Content/Aims
Revision of the following:
Knowledge and understanding of providing basic management information in an organisation to support management in planning and decision making.
Explain the nature, source and purpose of management information
Explain and apply cost accounting techniques
Prepare budgets for planning and control
Compare actual costs with standard costs and analyse any variances
Analyse, interpret and monitor business performance
