The national emergency number in the UK is 999. Use this in very serious situations to call for an ambulance, the Police or the UK Fire and Rescue Service. The College’s 24 hour contact number is +44 1757 244473. More about out of hours contact is available here.
In the event of an emergency your first call should always be to the emergency services (999). If you need to speak to the Police but it is not an emergency, you can call 101.
Once you have contacted the emergency services and you are sure that help is on the way, you should then inform the College as soon as possible. For non-emergencies, but at times when you feel you cannot deal with a situation on your own or with your homestay provider, you should contact the College or your programme coordinator. You can do this in the following ways:
Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00
Call the International Office on +44 1904 770425. If you receive no response, call the main College Reception on +44 1904 770200.
24 Hour Contact Number (available at all other times)
