The majority of Students from outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area (EEA) will need to pay a fee for their course. This page provides details about fees and how to pay. However, please note that this information does not apply to students studying with the following organisations:

  • Heltberg
  • High Schools International
  • Select Studies
  • Barnes Educational Services
  • Open Door International

Course Fees (2017/18)

International A-Level Programme – £7500 per year

Level 3 Vocational Courses – £7500 per year

Higher Education Courses – £9000 per year

How to pay

When we make you an offer, we will confirm your course fee and tell you what you need to do to pay. All students on long term courses will be required to pay a deposit of £1000 to secure their place on the course. The remainder of your total tuition fee is due no later than 15th September 2017. Please note, we will not issue a CAS number until we have received your course deposit payment.

Both the deposit and the additional course payment are non-refundable, except in circumstances where a visa application is refused, in which case we will refund the money to you, minus a £100 administration fee. Please note that arranging refunds can take up to three weeks and we can only refund money into the bank account from which the original payment was made.

You should pay by overseas bank transfer. Details of the codes and account numbers you need to do this will be provided in your offer letter. You can also pay directly via cash, credit or debit card from the UK. Note that credit cards carry a 2% transaction fee.

Paying for Accommodation

The fee for students homestay accommodation is £7500. This payment entitles students to reside in their homestay accommodation from the night to the 5th September 2017 to the night of 6th July 2018. The fee excludes the following periods:

  • Christmas: 23rd December 2017 to 7th January 2018
  • Easter: 24th March 2018 to 7th April 2018
  • An additional charge of £30 per night shall be made to any student wishing to remain in homestay during the Christmas or Easter Period

The payment schedule is as follows:

  • £500 – Upon acceptance of your offer
  • £2500 – By 15/09/2017
  • £2500 – By 15/01/2018
  • £2000 – By 15/04/2018

Note that this fee information does not apply to students on the following programmes: Heltberg, Barnes students, Open Door Students, Select Studies Students, High Schools International Students.
